  • fast sketching

  • emotion on faces etc.

  • create easy to understand sketches and scenes

Most challenging task:

  • environments and backgrounds

  • distinct characters

  • amount of images could be overwhelming


Game Programmer/Designer: Paul Resch


Responsibilities:

  • have wide understanding of games

  • design levels and gameplay mechanics

Skills:

  • good understanding of games in general

  • gamer for over 15 years, wide knowledge of gameplay mechanics and how to apply them

  • general idea of storytelling

Most challenging task:

  • storytelling for the whole game

  • applying the mechanics on mobile


Game Producer/Manager: Eliška Zemanská


Responsibilities:

  • help guide and focus the team

  • planning

  • keeping the vision

  • managing deadlines

Skills:

  • keeping everything organised

  • clear, direct communication

  • problem solving and decision-making

Most challenging task:

  • Setting clear goals and objectives

  • No lack of visibility into the end goal
